A homegrown café in the heart of the UAE, in Dubai with the aims to provide quality Fair trade coffee, locally roasted ,locally baked coffee and food, providing the highest of standards in the most ethical way possible, using biodegradable cups to help the environment, and providing the food wastage to go to charities to help those in need. A family environment within the cafe as well as ensuring that the food wastage goes to charities to help those in need, whilst also creating a strong family type connection which our employee’s and customers may be feels at home, across the entire trade process from the coffee roasted in the farms in south America all the way to the freshly brewed cup of coffee in your hands!

BRAZILIAN
Dark Roast
Brazil is the world's leading grower and exporter of coffee beans, with a mellow flavor that makes for a very typical dark roast.
Altitude Range: 400 - 1,600 meters above sea level
Language Spoken: Portuguese, English, Spanish
Harvest: May – September
Annual Coffee Production: 40 - 60 million bags
Common Varieties: Bourbon, Typica, Caturra, Catuai, Acaia, Mundo Novo, Icatu
COLOMBIAN BEANS
Medium Roast
Most standard Colombian coffee is grown by relatively small farms and then collected, Washed, milled, and exported by the Colombian Coffee Federation.
Growing elevations in Colombia range from 1,200 meters to 1,800 meters above sea level, offering plenty of opportunity for highly rated Strictly High Grown Colombian coffees to be found. Colombian coffees are typically washed and sun dried on patios.
Growing Altitude: 1,200 - 2,000 meters above sea level
Arabica Variety: Bourbon, Typica, Caturra, Tabi, Colombia, Maragogipe, Castillo
Harvest Period: September - December
Milling Process: Washed, Sun-dried
Aroma: Sweet (caramel), Cocoa
Flavor: Sweet (fruity), Citrusy, Nutty (slight)
Body: Medium
Acidity: Bright, Citric
COSTA RICAN BEANS
Dark Roast
A highly rated Costa Rican coffee, typically of the coffee plant varietal Caturra (Coffea arabica var. caturra) and sometimes Catuai, has a great body, often full, and a rich, robust flavor and crisp acidity.
In particular the best high-grown coffees of Costa Rica are distinguished, and notable for their good body and fruity and bright acidity with a clean and crisp taste

Arabica Variety: Typica, Caturra, Catuai, Villa Sarchi, Bourbon, Gesha, Villalobos
Harvest Period: December - February
